We went to Uncle Roger and Aunt Chrissy's ranch for the 4th for fellowship with all the cousins. We had a great time. First off, some off roading....One for the girls and
one for the boys. Clay (at almost 3 years of age) has finally picked up on the fact that pink is for girls and while he loved his pink tricycle for a very long - maybe too long- time, he will not have anything to do with it now. I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad about that :(.
The cousins put on a very cute and violent puppet show for us. It was a free for all puppet fight at the end. Very entertaining.
Clay enjoyed the very cool toys. He is into the Toy Story movie lately, so these toys were super cool to him.

All geared up and ready to go grape picking!
Clay was helping Kristen out but getting a little overheated. All the kids ended up in the A/C truck with Granny.
We got some board game time, too.
And were treated to DEEEElicious homegrown tomatoes. Yum.
Clay read about snakes. Thankfully, we didn't encounter any this trip.
And he found even more cool toys.
Did some sparklers. Sloane thought these were way too dangerous. Clay touched his after it burned down to a glowing coal. He did this immediately after I told him not to. I turned around for a second and he yelled ouch. When i asked him if he touched the sparkler he denied it. He finally fessed up. Boys!!
Sloane was SO excited to ride a horse. She was jumping up and down in anticipation. She only wanted to ride Cullen's horse, Tuffy. I guess she likes paints.
Thrilled! She looks so small up there :).
Clay was napping during the horse rides but we managed to get him a short ride when he woke up.
He was pretty excited about it. That's a big horse for a little guy.
Sweet puppy - Millie. The kids loved her. Clay even shared his cozy blanket with her. That's love.
