We trecked to Old Kentuck for a visit with the Grands and Aunt Lauren. We made it to a pumpkin patch and Keeneland race track. Fun times. On the way home, we visited with Aunt Bob and Uncle Howard and Granny Kennedy and Uncle John. The kids were pretty good on the loooong car ride. It took us 10 hours to get home on Friday with our stop offs in Louisa. It made for a long trip but we were so glad to see everyone.
Oh - did I mention that I won on every race I bet on????? But don't get excited. I didn't make much money. It sure was fun!!! And Sloane ate an entire serving of soft serve ice cream at the track without losing her lunch. We think she might be wormy - just kidding. Thanks Daddy for giving her such a good metabolism! She did pass out on the drive back to the house, though.
